These two pictures I adore, are by Angelique Houtkamp, a Dutch tattoo artist, shoe designer and painter. Her style is inspired by 1920's and 30's flapper girls. So my opinion is that everyone has a different view as to what is, and whats not art, and that's why it's great. It encourages us to be individuals and have a freedom of choice. It hits people where it matters and stirs something inside, wether this be a good or bad reaction, it's a reaction.
